Admission Priorities and Wait List

Priority enrollment for our State Subsidized Preschool (CSPP) spaces is as follows:
  • First Priority: Children who are receiving Child Protective Services who are at risk
    of abuse or neglect
  • Second Priority: Eligible 4 year olds; with lowest income
  • Third Priority: Eligible 3 year olds; with lowest income
  • Fourth Priority: Eligible children with 15% over income rankings
Priority enrollment for admission for our state subsidized Before- and After School program
(CCTR) is as follows:
  • First Priority: Families with children who are receiving Child Protective Services
    who are at risk of abuse or neglect
  • Second Priority: Lowest Income Ranked CCTR eligible families
  • Third Priority: Full fee families

When all state funded spots are filled, all eligible families will be placed on our wait list. The
Bearcat Director or designee will review the information submitted and assign a priority
number based on family income and the number of family members. Families will be
notified when subsidy and appropriate space becomes available
